The flounder have really started to make their way out into the gulf to spawn, stacking up on all the inshore wrecks.  You can also catch them around the bridges, pass, and shoal just outside the jetties.  The best places however are any type of wrecks in 40-70ft of water within a couple miles of the Destin, Pensacola, or Panama City pass.  Most people are catching them on livebait including mullet, bull minnows, or small cigar minnows.  You can also catch them bouncing grubs or gulps on the bottom.  The bite is really on and with the cooler weather coming the next few days it should really turn the bite on even more.
